Domray Patties Mix

Domray Quick 'N' Easy Patties are so simple, tasty and saves time for a delicious meal or a snack for the family.

To prepare patties empty contents of the packet into medium size bowl.

Add 300ml of water to 110gms Domray Pattie Mix and stir lightly until fully absorbed into a firm and smooth consistency.

Shape and form as desired into even size Patties, little bite size balls or croquettes as desired.

Shallow frying product in hot oil slowly and turning over to ensure all sides are golden, crisp and evenly cooked.  Drain and serve hot or cold.

SIMPLE AND CREATIVE SUGGESTIONS

Using this product as a base you can add such other ingredients to make your own taste. Suggestions such as adding diced or grated fresh vegetables to make tasty home style veggie burgers or using 1/2 tin of salmon to make salmon patties

The product is spplied in 5kg Food Service trade or smaller packs for home use.
